How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone to change or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the app, go to the paywall or Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and restore on any device signed in with it.

How do I delete my data or account?

You can delete your data from within the app's Settings. To request full deletion, email mitsi@uptrail.ai and we'll action it within 7 days.
